FBI Director James Comey acknowledged Thursday that multiple public statements made by Hillary Clinton about her email use were not true, at a tense Capitol Hill hearing where he faced tough questions from GOP lawmakers over the bureau’s decision not to seek charges against the former secretary of state despite her mishandling of classified information.

Comey made clear that, “We have no basis to conclude that [Clinton] lied to the FBI.”

However, under questioning from Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., Comey said several of Clinton’s public claims were not true.

On Clinton’s claim that nothing she sent or received was marked classified, he said, “That’s not true. … There was classified material emailed.” Clinton had made that claim repeatedly in public, and also in sworn testimony before the House Benghazi committee last October.

On her claim that she used one device, he said, “She used multiple devices.”


On her claim that she turned over all work-related emails, he said, “No, we found work-related emails, thousands that were not returned.”
So she lied, right?

Renowned technology dealmaker Frank Quattrone is no stranger to email scandals, particularly those that involve FBI director James Comey. So when Comey declined this week to press charges against Hillary Clinton over her use of private email, Quattrone was quick to cry double standard.
Responding to Comey’s statements that “no reasonable prosecutor” would pursue a case against presidential candidate Clinton, Quattrone retorted on Twitter, “Says the man who once indicted me over a 23-word email that encouraged my team to save subpoenaed documents.”
Quattrone, who these days is riding high in Silicon Valley and on Wall Street after brokering a string of recent M&A deals including the pending $26.2 billion sale of LinkedIn LNKD -0.03% to Microsoft MSFT -0.39% and HomeAway’s acquisition by Expedia EXPE 0.24% , was referring to an email he sent more than 15 years ago, in December 2000. The banker is happy to joke about the indictment episode now because it’s a joke at Comey’s expense: The charges against Quattrone, which Comey brought when he was still the U.S. Attorney in Manhattan, were eventually dropped in 2006 after the banker won an appeal overturning his conviction for obstruction of justice.
Today Quattrone is executive chairman of Qatalyst, the boutique investment bank he founded in 2008 and of which he served as CEO until relinquishing that role in January. Qatalyst has recently risen up the ranks of the Wall Street M&A league tables, advising on six deals worth more than $31.6 billion in the first half of this year—more than double the value of the deals it worked on in the same period last year, according to Mergermarket. That makes Qatalyst the No. 15 dealmaker in the U.S. in Mergermarket’s rankings so far this year, edging out storied tech investment banks like Allen & Company. Indeed, LinkedIn would be the third company Qatalyst has advised in a sale to Microsoft this year alone. Qatalyst is also reportedly advising ride-hailing app Lyft, though it’s unclear whether the Uber competitor is exploring a sale or another type of deal. Legendary venture capitalist Marc Andreessen once endorsed Quattrone on Twitter, tweeting that he and Qatalyst’s current CEO George Boutros “are astonishingly good at their jobs.”

But Quattrone wouldn’t have made it this far had the U.S. government successfully prosecuted him for his own email brouhaha—a scandal that a decade ago threatened to ban him from Wall Street.
Like with Clinton, emails were at the heart of Quattrone’s case, though in a different way. It was 2000, in the months after the dot-com bust, and regulators were investigating the forces that contributed to the tech bubble, including the bankers behind some of the most hyped initial public offerings of the boom. At the time, Quattrone led the technology group at the U.S. investment banking arm of Credit Suisse CS -1.41% , which was “one of the world’s leading underwriters” of tech IPOs, as described by Comey in legal documents at the time.
The government suspected that Quattrone team were basically extorting clients, and artificially pumping up the shares of tech companies, by demanding “exorbitant” commissions to get special access to IPO shares. (Neither Quattrone nor Credit Suisse were ever found guilty of that allegation.) So investigators subpoenaed a slew of documents relating to the deals—documents that in many cases Quattrone and his team had already destroyed. While Quattrone maintained that they were just following standard document protocol, Comey zeroed in on a certain email which he used as the basis to charge Quattrone with obstruction of justice.



That email, which was actually 21 words according to case documents, followed another banker’s email to the technology group reminding them of the firm’s document retention policy and urging them to “catch up on file cleaning” before going away for the holidays. Quattrone seconded the message, writing, “Having been a key witness in a securities litigation case in south texas i strongly advise you to follow these procedures.” The original email also noted that file cleaning would have to be suspended in the event of a lawsuit, “since it constitutes the destruction of evidence.” But the preface of the memo indicated that the group was somewhat concerned that a lawsuit might actually be coming: “With the recent tumble in stock prices, and many deals now trading below issue price,” the original email began, the bankers were expecting regulators to mount “an all out assault on broken tech IPOs.”

Comey tried to read between the lines, alleging that Quattrone willfully destroyed evidence, but ultimately he could not make the charges stick. (The other Quattrone email mentioned in the court documents is even shorter, and chides the sender of the original email for writing in a preliminary draft of the memo, “Today, it’s administrative housekeeping. In January, it could be improper destruction of evidence.” Quattrone rejected that part of the draft, responding with eight words: “You shouldn’t make jokes like that on email!”)
Quattrone’s rebuke of Comey’s lack of action against Clinton drew cheers in conservative circles, who would rather have seen the government go after the Democratic presidential candidate. As for whether Quattrone himself actually opposes Clinton, or simply harbors a grudge against Comey, the answer may be a bit of both. The banker and his firm declined to comment further or answer questions about his politics, though a spokesperson tellsFortune that “Mr. Quattrone’s tweet reflected his personal views and not those of Qatalyst.”
In March, Quattrone described himself on Twitter as “a life long Republican,” though he expressed disappointment in his own party. (Quattrone, born to an Italian immigrant family, proudly publicizes that heritage. Immigration has been a divisive topic among conservatives this election cycle.) So far, he has made only minor contributions to 2016 political campaigns—to candidates on both sides of the aisle—though he has not written checks to either Donald Trump or Clinton. He donated $2,700 to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s presidential campaign, and another $2,700 to the congressional campaign of Jimmy Panetta, a California Democrat, according to campaign finance records. In the last presidential election in 2012, he donated $25,000 to Republican hopeful Mitt Romney and $35,800 to Barack Obama.

FBI didn’t record Clinton interview, did not administer sworn oath

Hillary Clinton did not swear an oath to tell the truth before meeting with the FBI for three and a half hours last weekend, and the interview was not recorded, FBI Director James Comey told House lawmakers on Thursday.

The lack of a sworn oath does not remove the possibility of criminal penalties against Clinton if she lied to the FBI, though he said he had “no basis to conclude” that she was untruthful.

“Still a crime to lie to us,” Comey told the House Oversight Committee.FBI policy is not to record interviews as part of its investigations.

Yet the revelations will nonetheless raise questions among Republicans, who have been skeptical of the FBI’s investigation and have demanded to see the transcript of the former secretary of State’s interview in downtown Washington on Saturday.

“Well, that’s a problem,” Rep. John Mica (R-Fla.) told Comey when the FBI chief explained the terms of the interview.

"It's pretty clear ... that the American people would like to see what Hillary Clinton said to the FBI," Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) told reporters on Wednesday, a day before Comey’s appearance before House lawmakers.

Under FBI policy — and to the dismay of civil libertarians and staunch transparency advocates — the bureau does not conduct electronic recordings of interviews.

“Under the current policy, agents may not electronically record confessions or interviews, openly or surreptitiously” except in rare circumstances, the bureau said in a 2006 memo.

The FBI did, however, complete a federal form summarizing the interview, known as an FD-302, Comey said.

Mica recommended that a copy of that summary be provided to the Oversight Committee.

Comey himself was not among the “five or six” agents who interviewed Clinton, he testified on Thursday. But he assured lawmakers that Clinton told the truth throughout the session.

"I don’t think the agents assessed she was evasive," he added.

WASHINGTON — Republicans signaled they're not done with election-year investigations of Hillary Clinton and whether she lied to Congress, even after a House committee signed off Friday on its report into the deadly 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

The 800-page report by the GOP-led Benghazi Committee found no wrongdoing by the former secretary of state, but the two-year inquiry had revealed that she used a private email server for government business, triggering a yearlong FBI investigation that continues to shadow the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.
FBI Director James Comey said this week there weren't grounds to prosecute Clinton but that she and her aides had been "extremely careless" in their handling of classified information.
The committee's 7-4 vote Friday was split along party lines, reflecting partisanship that emerged even before the panel's creation in May 2014 and only escalated since then. Democrats have submitted their own report on the Sept. 11, 2012, attacks that killed four Americans, including U.S. ambassador Chris Stevens.
The vote is unlikely to be the final word in the inquiry that has lasted more than two years and cost $7 million. The panel's chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said lawmakers may seek a federal investigation into whether Clinton lied to the committee in testimony last year.
"If a witness said something to a committee of Congress and/or under oath that's not consistent with the truth, our committee has an obligation" to report that to the FBI, Gowdy told reporters.
Asked if he was referring to Clinton, Gowdy said, "She's one of 100 witnesses."
Under oath, Clinton testified last October that she never sent or received emails marked as classified when she served as secretary of state. She also has said she only used one mobile device for emails and turned over all of her work-related emails to the State Department. Comey said she had multiple devices and that investigators found thousands of work-related emails that had not been turned over.
Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said he would refer Clinton's Oct. 22 testimony to the FBI to investigate whether she lied to Congress.
Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, the senior Democrat on both the Benghazi and Oversight panels, said an FBI referral was "unwarranted," since Comey said only three emails out of more than 30,000 sent or received by Clinton contained classified markings.
The State Department said the markings on the emails were placed in error and "were no longer necessary or appropriate."
Cummings and other Democrats criticized the decision by Republicans on the Benghazi panel to conduct an interview next week with a senior Pentagon official who criticized the GOP-led panel for making costly and unnecessary requests. The interview, coming after the report, is unnecessary and excessive, Democrats said.
"There is no end in sight for this partisan Benghazi Committee," Cummings said. "The Republicans are addicted to Benghazi."
Separately, the State Department is reopening its internal investigation of possible mishandling of classified information by Clinton and top aides. The internal review was suspended in April to avoid interfering with the FBI inquiry.
Pressed by Chaffetz Thursday on whether Clinton lied, Comey said during a hearing that he had not reviewed Clinton's testimony because it had not been referred to him by Congress. Chaffetz assured Comey he would soon get a referral.
House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi dismissed the latest GOP move as purely political.
"So let's get this straight: This is going to be an investigation of the decision that is an investigation of the emails that was part of the investigation of Benghazi," she told reporters. "So we had an investigation of the investigation of the investigation. How long can this go on?"
Comey said Thursday that his team found no evidence that Clinton lied under oath to the FBI or broke the law by discussing classified information in an unclassified setting.
Under an onslaught of Republican criticism, Comey vigorously defended the government's decision and rejected GOP accusations that the presidential candidate was given special treatment. To criminally charge Clinton based on the facts his agency's yearlong probe had found would have been unwarranted and mere "celebrity-hunting," Comey said.
House Speaker Paul Ryan and other Republicans have asked Comey to release all unclassified findings of the FBI's yearlong investigation. Ryan also has asked Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to bar Clinton from receiving classified briefings for the rest of the campaign.
A group of Republicans senators has introduced legislation to strip Clinton of her security clearance.

Obama and the progressive elite were not satisfied merely with exonerating the clearly guilty Hillary Clinton of charges that would have sent any mere mortal to the slammer. They had to shove it in our faces. The AG met with Bill Clinton. Then the FBI director laid out a devastating case, followed by an “and…nope.” Then President Faily McWorsethancarter swept her away in Air Force One – at our expense – to campaign with her and even placed her at a podium with the presidential seal while the liberal media thrilled and quivered. This is beyond mere corruption. This is them gloating over what they see as their unassailable power. This is them laughing at us.

Then Obama made yet another speech telling us how cops are racist. Understand that his attacks on cops are an attack on all of us normal Americans. Like soldiers, the police come from the ranks of us normal Americans, not the elite. And just as with soldiers, we normals revere cops as symbolic of the best of how we see ourselves – loyal, brave, patriotic protectors of order and decency. Obama – the guy who immediately assumed a Cambridge cop acted “stupidly” – as well as Hillary Clinton and the liberal elite, attacked cops as racist and evil as surrogates for attacking us as racist and evil.

And then yet another racial malcontent went on a shooting spree. The Los Angeles cop killer, the Virginia TV reporter, and now this creep in Dallas, all full of racist hate, and not one damn word about it from the elite. The motive hurt the narrative; they wanted to talk about cops oppressing people, so the elite simply lied by its silence about the Dallas killer’s expressly racist motive. And their media love-slaves obliged; when it became clear that this clown who couldn’t make E4 after six years was essentially just a Black Lives Matter supporter in a hurry, the story faded away.

But the lies did not fade away. Obama came out, feigned ignorance about motive (“We many never know what motivated the guy who expressly said that he was motivated by a desire to murder white cops.”), and blamed us yet again – this time for our stubborn refusal to disarm ourselves to please people who hate us and who refuse to acknowledge what drives those who say outright that they intend to murder us.

Did Obama try unity? Of course not – he divided Americans into the good ones who agree with him and us bad ones who refuse to kneel and bow. Leftists don’t want unity and they don’t want peace. Community organizers succeed when they divide; they need discord and hate to survive. Understand that all this discord and hate is not a bug. To them, it is a feature.

And this strategy is really, really dumb. It’s dumb because this country is not one big Chicago. It’s not one discrete, dysfunctional tumor surrounded by healthy tissue. The progressives can afford to play their games in the Chicagos and Austins and Berkeleys because outside the city limits there are normals of every race, color, and creed whose work feeds and powers and defends the elite’s urban petri dishes of blue model failure. They can live out their lefty fantasies because we normals subsidize them through our normalcy, like parents from Orange County paying tuition at Oberlin so their blonde daughter can learn how there’s no such thing as gender while she majors in Anti-Colonialist Pottery.

But what happens when they try to do that to the whole country? This time, the normals can’t just move away. Instead of driving them out, now the elite has to suppress normal Americans in place. They don’t realize that they are putting our backs against the wall.

And you have to wonder – have the elites considered their endgame? Because they may have learned the wrong lesson when they drove all the normals out of the Chicagos and Austins and Berkeleys. They may actually believe that normal Americans can just be bullied and badgered into submission. This is a very, very, very dangerous notion.

Have you elitists ever met normal Americans? Try this little experiment. Jump in your Prius and drive to, say, Oklahoma. Go ahead, Google it – I’ll wait. Then find a bar and go in after work. Look for a guy at a table in boots and jeans and a work shirt enjoying a Coors or some other non-craft, non-pumpkin-infused beer. Then tell him this:

“Hey stupid, you’re dumb because your parents couldn’t send you to college. You’re also dumb for believing in Jesus. You’re a sucker and a baby killer for joining the Army and fighting in Iraq. Plus, you have privilege because your great-great-great-great grandfather came from Glasgow. So I’m going to tell you what to do from now on. I’m your boss and moral superior. You’re going to let any dude dressed like a woman into the bathroom with your daughter. You’re going to turn in your global warming-causing pick-up truck. You’re going to be out of your job when we finish off the oil industry. You’re going to give up your guns. And I don’t care what you say about any of it. You don’t matter. You don’t get a say. Also, you’re racist.”

See how that works out, but check your dental coverage first. Now, think about how that strategy is going to work out in our country as a whole.

What’s the endgame here, liberals? Do you see over half the country just . . . giving up? Surrendering? Throwing in the towel once you have sufficiently nagged and insulted them? Or do you see them getting mad? Your media lackeys keep attributing phenomena like Trump and even Sanders to “anger.” Well, yeah. Right now, they are expressing that anger through legitimate means, at the ballot box. But what happens when you decide you’re going to step outside the law once again to ensure that their lawful expression of that anger is silenced?

Do you expect that normals will just shrug and submit? What if they don’t? How many of the 60,000-70,000 guns Americans buy every single day do you elites purchase?

What’s the endgame? What happens when – and the day will come – the normals say “No?” Does the elite try force? There’s no doubt it would if it could, but in the end, it needs to ask itself another question: Exactly who is willing to fight and die for their liberal Utopia? The elitists themselves? Their snowflakey kids Kaden and Ashleigh? Do they think they can pay enough people to suit up and go make people conform? How much money will you need to pay somebody to risk his skin to go down to Texas and try to take those Lone Star knuckle-draggers’ guns?

Oh, this is crazy talk! Hey, another right winger threatening rebellion! You know, the elite’s tactics of attacking strawmen and deliberately lying about political opponents pioneered by Obama and the Jon Stewart clones makes reasoned discussion almost impossible, and the malicious dishonesty underlying these ploys only ratchets up the anger. Eliminate the legitimate modes of opposition and you’ll leave only illegitimate modes of opposition.

I am not advocating the consequences that I see coming from the elite’s actions; to say so is a lie, though I suspect that will not stop them from lying about this column in the comments and elsewhere. I am only predicting the likely consequences of the elite’s unwise and malicious campaign against those it hates and seeks to rule.

But here is another way. Step back from the brink and reboot. Stop the corruption. Embrace the rule of law. Listen to those you have ignored. Hear what they say. Drop the divisive initiatives designed to humiliate and bring normals to heel – the gun grabs, the bathroom edicts, the Christian cake baker pogroms.

But if you can’t do that, if you can’t give up the money and the power, if the joy of inflicting petty oppressions and humiliations upon the people you look down on is just too satisfying to pass up, then ask yourself: What is your endgame?

Loretta Lynch Ducks 74 Questions From Congress: “Either Avoiding Appearances or Protecting Hillary”

Did Attorney General Loretta Lynch lie about or obfuscate her role in clearing Hillary in the investigations concerning the handling of classified emails on her private server?

Is there a quid pro quo among the two women, in which Lynch could have been promised a role in the next Clinton Administration in exchange for her help in calling off potential criminal charges that might derail Hillary’s campaign.

Lynch claims there is no such relationship. But she also refused to answer at least 74 of Congress’ questions about her private meeting with former President Bill Clinton and her relationship with the Clintons and/or their staff.

Recall, that the announcement that Hillary was off the hook, as it were, came immediately after the Attorney General and former president met.

As The Daily Caller reported at the time:
Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.

The Republican-led Congress, which has of course been very aggressive in spotlighting Hillary Clinton’s misdeeds, attempted to clarify the involvement of Attorney General Lynch.
Rep. David Trott (R-MI) claims that he had his staff count the number of times that Attorney General Loretta Lynch either ducked questions or didn’t give an appropriate response during her testimony before Congress.

“I knew you weren’t going to answer our questions today, and I apologize for wasting so much time here, because it’s really not been very productive. And I asked my staff to count the number of times today you would say ‘I can’t answer that question’ or refuse to give an appropriate response. It’s happened 74 times so far.”
“Really, it’s either one of two things: Either you’re trying to avoid the appearance of impropriety, in which case you should have recused yourself, or you’re trying to protect Hillary Clinton”

As example to this, Loretta Lynch refused an entire line of questions from Rep. Jason Chaffetz about whether or not it was hypothetically legal or illegal to retain classified information.
Despite the straightforward nature of this questioning, Attorney General Lynch refused to even acknowledge whether or not it is illegal to lie under oath.

We Have Yet To Confirm This, But Clinton Has Deep Saudi Ties Working alongside WikiLeaks and Julian Assange, Judicial Watch released a batch of 296 emails showing Hillary Clinton committing MORE crimes, but they also show how dirty and complicit Huma Abedin has been. The emails of Hillary Clinton go back until 2003, but we are working tirelessly to confirm that they go back further to show what Hillary was doing around 2000-2001. While this photo is unconfirmed, we know Hillary has strong ties to Saudi Arabia, whom was behind 9/11. We are working to confirm.

Huma has been Hillary’s top aide since before 2000, so she has been around all of the corruption, lies, and scandals for quite some time. In these newly released emails, we uncover many things, but the main takeaway is that not only did Hillary commit and allow more crimes, her aide (Huma) was right there doing the exact same things.

The Justice Department and FBI may have allowed Hillary to skirt charges, but patriots like WikiLeaks and Judicial Watch are working tirelessly to reveal the truth behind Crooked Hillary. Judicial Watch filed a suit under the Freedom of Information Act, which Judicial Watch released yesterday.

To begin, one of the first things the email release highlights is that back in July, Huma Abedin testified in a deposition where she indicated that Hillary Clinton destroyed a ton of her schedules when she was Secretary of State.

Ask yourself, why would Hillary Clinton put hundreds of her own travel logs in a burn bag to have destroyed? The deposition also reveals that Abedin was “extremely careless” with a sensitive document, emailing another aide to let her know Clinton’s schedule was left sitting on a bed in an unlocked hotel room. They obviously do not care about keeping our secrets protected or they wouldn’t continue to be so careless.

To make matters even worse, WikiLeaks reveals that Huma Abedin had access to Hillary Clinton’s Secretary of State email address that wasn’t secured. Clinton often needed naps and clearly has a mental health issue, so she allowed Huma to use her email server to send replies and read what was coming through. To be clear, Huma did NOT have the clearance to operate under this capacity.

It gets much, much worse. In these emails from 2009, Doug Band, a Clinton Foundation official, pushed hard for an associate position. In the released emails, we can see Band sending emails to former aides under Hillary Clinton at the State Department Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin that it is “important to take care of [Redacted].

Band said we need to “take care of [redacted],” doesn’t that sound like a mob boss wanting to take someone out? Why would they redact his/her name when they turned over the emails if it wasn’t serious? The emails continue with Abedin telling Band that “personnel is sending him options.”

According to Judicial Watch:

A new document production is a 2009 email in which Band, directs Abedin and Mills to put Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire and Clinton Foundation donor Gilbert Chagoury in touch with the State Department’s “substance person” on Lebanon. Band notes that Chagoury is “key guy there [Lebanon] and to us,” and insists that Abedin call Amb. Jeffrey Feltman to connect him to Chagoury.

Chagoury is a close friend of former President Bill Clinton and a top donor to the Clinton Foundation. He has appeared near the top of the Foundation’s donor list as a $1 million to $5 million contributor, according to foundation documents. He also pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. According to a 2010 investigation by PBS Frontline, Chagoury was convicted in 2000 in Switzerland for laundering money from Nigeria, but agreed to a plea deal and repaid $66 million to the Nigerian government.

What we are seeing is another major case of corruption. We see the actions of Clinton’s top aides’ getting favors for and setting up interactions with the Clinton Foundation, which are clear violations of the ethics agreements that Hillary Clinton agreed to when she was appointed as our Secretary of State.


Huma Acknowledging Hillary Needs Naps And Is Often Confused As another example, one of the duties of Secretary of State was actually acknowledged by Hillary Clinton herself in a letter she wrote to the State Department Designated Agency Ethics Official James H. Thessin:

“For the duration of my appointment as Secretary if I am confirmed, I will not participate personally and substantially in any particular matter involving specific parties in which The William J. Clinton Foundation (or the Clinton Global Initiative) is a party or represents a party….”

Hillary knows she is not supposed to exchange political favors. Yet, she continues to act recklessly and as if she is above the law. But wait, there is one more good twist to this story.

In 2009, Stephen Roach, chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia, sent Hillary a copy of his upcoming testimony before Congress. In the letter he sent Clinton, he mentions that he is going to condemn any U.S. efforts to criticize Chinese monetary policy or enact trade barriers.

This is very important because just a few days later, Hillary asked Abedin about Roach possibly “connecting” with her while she was in Beijing: “I forwarded you my email to him about connecting in Beijing. Can he come to the embassy or other event?” Here is where the dots connect: Morgan Stanley is a long-time financial supporter of the Clinton’s. This is another “pay for play” situation. The coordinated policy and crafted it together.

The emails also show that Hillary Clinton KNEW her email server was vulnerable and unsecured. In February of 2009, several emails are listed that show Hillary was going back and forth with security officials in the State Department and the National Security Administration over attempts for Clinton and her team to obtain secure BlackBerrys.

Clinton wanted to use top secret information on a cell phone! Thankfully that request was denied. It is very easy to steal a cell phone, and you saw the reference above where Huma and Hillary were leaving sensitive documents lying around on beds with doors open and unlocked. This entire story is insane and it all should have been avoided.

Hillary Clinton has repeatedly stated that she turned over to the State Department in December 2014 all of her work-related emails. These emails PROVE that she once again LIED! When will we ever learn she cannot be trusted? There’s always more. Judicial Watch has posted all of the emails and here is a video of their president commenting on his teams findings:

We encourage the mainstream media to investigate this. They won’t because it is another damaging blow to their favorite candidate Hillary Clinton, but this is another breaking news story. Hillary allowed her aide with ZERO security clearance to respond to emails on her private State Dept. server; the Clinton team left documents in rooms that were unsecured for anyone to take them; Hillary pushed for her team to use cell phones for classified information, and she was caught lying about turning all her emails over!

With Wikileak’s Julian Assange announcing this week that a new trove of hacked Hillary Clinton documents will be released to the public, it has been claimed that this latest leak of sensitive campaign material may be the death knell for the former Secretary of State.
But this next round of leaks may not just include damning emails that tie Clinton to pay-to-play schemes through her family’s Clinton Global Initiative fund.
According to a 4chan post from an anonymous source who appears to have inside knowledge of the coming leaks, hackers have obtained personal videos of Hillary Clinton that will reveal “the real Hillary.” The source of the leak is reportedly Clinton’s closest aide, Huma Abedin.

The 4chan user, posting anonymously, said “SHTF (sh*t will hit the fan) in 48 hours.
“Huma Abedin is the leak.
“Private videos of Hillary shot by her to be released,” the post reads.
The post alleges they were videos of Hillary Clinton in meetings that “prove treason.”
The post claims Russia Today has the videos — given to them by J.A. (likely Julian Assange) — and will air them likely Saturday.

More leaked e-mails from Hillary Clinton’s time as Secretary of State prove that she was taking foreign policy advice from left-wing billionaire activist George Soros.
An e-mail provided by WikiLeaks showed Soros reaching out to Secretary Clinton over a foreign policy dispute in Albania.



“Dear Hillary,

“A serious situation has arisen in Albania which needs urgent attention at senior levels of the US government. You may know that an opposition demonstration in Tirana on Friday resulted in the deaths of three people and the destruction of property.

“There are serious concerns about further unrest connected to a counter-demonstration to be organized by the governing party on Wednesday and a follow-up event by the opposition two days later to memorialize the victims.

“The prospect of tens of thousands of people entering the streets in an already inflamed political environment bodes ill for the return of public order and the country’s fragile democratic process.”

Soros urges the then-Secretary of State to get the international community involved and pressure the Prime Minister to “forestall further demonstrations” and “tone down public pronouncements” as well appointing a senior European official to act as the mediator.

The left wing billionaire also gave Clinton a list of potential nominees to appoint as mediator: Carl Bildt, Martti Ahtisaari and Miroslav Lajcak.

The e-mail was sent from Soros’ aide to Richard Verma, then the Assistant Secretary of State for Legislative Affairs who forwarded it to several of Clinton’s top aides including Huma Abedin, Jacob Sullivan, and Philip Gordon. Sullivan forwarded it to Clinton.

Just three days after Clinton received the e-mail from Soros the EU ended up sending Soros’ suggested nominee Lajcak to mediate the civil unrest, the BBC reported.

Why Comey Didn’t Charge Hillary

Worth taking the time to read because this story is starting to leak out from FBI agents and others “who are in the know” inside the Washington beltway! The agents at the FBI are livid that Comey did what he did. They are claiming there was more than sufficient evidence to bring several indictments against Hillary Clinton. It wasn’t a slam dunk case, but it had more than a good probability of a conviction for Hillary Clinton.


Lynch and Obama made it clear to Comey that if he pressed for an indictment, he would be taking the Democrat nominee for president out of the election. If he failed to get a conviction he would be facing charges of tampering with and changing the outcome of a federal election, to which he would be facing the rest of his life in prison, and Obama and Lynch, as well as others, would see to it that he did.


Now you know why he presented his case the way he did and why it was so obvious he was reluctant to not press for an indictment. Hillary’s statement to the FBI was intentionally given without a court reporter present or without any recording of her testimony to prevent her from having any further exposure to legal charges like perjury. If she lied to Congress, they have no written FBI deposition to confront Hillary with. This was set up to let her walk without fear of being charged with giving False Testimony or being charged with Obstruction of Justice. This is what those in the “legalese world” call a “Straw Man” legal charge. (It is a charge designed to make someone appear innocent of the charges!) EXAMPLE: Bill beats up Shirley at their home. Bill is arrested for “Felony Spousal Abuse” . Bill’s lawyer gets the charges dismissed because Bill is not married to Shirley! (They are only “live in boyfriend and girlfriend”.) Bill walks out of court totally exonerated of the charges thanks to a technicality! The twist in the case is the arresting officer knew all along Bill was not married to Shirley because the officer and Bill are old fraternity brothers. The officer intentionally charged Bill with something he knew would not stick. Bill would easily have been convicted of Assault and Battery, but he was not charged with that! This is what is known as the “STRAW MAN” charge. It is how you make a guilty person appear innocent.

This is exactly what was done with the Hillary Clinton case! If she had been charged with “Destruction of Government Documents”, she would have easily been convicted, because she admitted to doing this! Instead, she was charged with “Mishandling Classified Documents” which has wiggle room for reasonable doubt regarding Criminal Intent!

I think citizens are finally fed up with the Clintons and the cesspool of corruption that is our current government. Real Americans are ready to take our country back. All of these years of corruption have taken a toll on American lives. Citizens opinions of a lying White House, a corrupt Congress, the “pay to play” politicians, the legalese lawyers and lobbyists, big overspending “welfare mentality” government, the “looking for a loop hole” justice system, the lying media, and our censored educational system with an agenda to dumb down the next generation, is at the lowest point ever. Hillary is on the wrong side of every issue. The British Exit from the EU (Brexit) is just a small sign that real citizens of civilized nations are ready to take their country back. They are sick of the results of open borders and globalization led by power hungry elites.

Hillary Clinton has no character or integrity. She is an arrogant, condescending political elite who is only interested in lining the Clinton pockets with donations to the Clinton Foundation (wink, wink) from PACS, lobbyists, and foriegn nations that buy access and favors. The Clinton Foundation is nothing more than an operation used to launder money for the Clintons and other politicians involved in illegal activities. The Clintons are able to use the information of those participating to obtain cover for their activities, or blackmail those who are laundering money through them. Just count the number of politicians who arrive in Washington with nothing, but leave as millionaires and billionaires. Did their votes serve in the best interest of their constituents or did they only benefit themselves? If the representatives of your state fall in this category, then I suggest an investigation be launched.
