Glenn Beck Maps Out How Scandals Reveal Obama's Goal Of 'Fundamentally Transforming' America

    Published on May 15, 2013

5/15/13 - Amid the scandal and trouble facing the White House, Glenn Beck found a way to tie it all together, attributing it all to the grand vision of "fundamental transformation." Citing "arrogance," Beck laid out exactly what Benghazi, the IRS scandal, and the AP/Justice Department issue all have in common. "In the end what do these three scandals have in common?" Beck asked, going on to offer the answer. "What they have in common is the arrogance of transforming the world."

On the chalkboard in front of him, Beck mapped out the three issues, noting various attributes of each one as well as which agencies were linked to them — and whether there were presidential nominations involved.

He began with Benghazi, which was about transforming the Middle East — via gun-running and supporting the Muslim Brotherhood and Saudi Arabia. "So support the Muslim Brotherhood in the entire Middle East, run guns to the Muslim Brotherhood through Turkey into Syria and cede revolution, not just in Syria but all throughout the Middle East," Beck explained.

And don't forget: There's also the transformation of the military and State Department. A few "coworkers" dying was essentially collateral damage, Beck charged.

Eventually he digressed to the IRS scandal, which was about transforming political dissent. Obviously, Beck noted, Obama can't just explicitly discourage dissent — so he's having the IRS do the dirty work for him. Beck summed up what he perceived to be Obama's message thusly: "I'm actually going to use the union thugs to beat you, and I'm also going to destroy your life and finance through the IRS. I will destroy you. I will bankrupt you."

There's also the AP/DOJ problem. The "final piece of transformation of the media." Drawing allusions to communists in Vietnam, the Civil War, and World War II, Beck observed that the administration's fairly successfully attempted to transform the media for some time now. And this latest story is just the concluding installment.

"Transformation," Beck reiterated (keep a tally of how many times he uses the word). "Transform the Middle East, transform the First Amendment, and transform the media and the watchdogs. Fundamental transformation of the United States of America."

Boehner: Obama Administration Displaying ‘Arrogance Of Power’

    Sahil Kapur

House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) accused the Obama administration of displaying an "arrogance of power" in his weekly press conference Thursday.

He referenced issuing surrounding Benghazi, the unfolding IRS scandal, the Justice Department reviewing AP journalists' phone records and the administration asking health industry executives to help finance Obamacare implementation.

"Our system requires the bonds of trust between the American people and their government," Boehner told reporters. "And those bonds, once broken, are very hard to repair. Nothing dissolves the bonds between the people and their government like the arrogance of power here in Washington. And that's what the American people are seeing today from the administration. Remarkable arrogance.

"This House will stop at nothing to get to the American people, the answers and the accountability that they expect," he said. "But the best way to repair this damage is for the administration to come forward with the truth. The whole truth so that the American people will have all of the facts."

Michelle Bachman has sponsored a bill to completely repeal Obamacare.

It WILL pass this evening, in the House.

Senate, that's probably another issue completely, but it's a bloody start.

Carney to Piers: The Three Government Scandals This Week ‘Don’t Exist’

    May. 16, 2013 10:28pm Eddie Scarry

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney appeared on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Live” Thursday night to answer questions related to the three separate scandals that have turned the federal government on its head over the last two weeks.

Carney’s answers summed up: There are no scandals.

“You’re concocting scandals that don’t exist,” Carney said, when show host Piers Morgan asked how the Obama administration would “restore the faith that some Americans have lost” in its transparency.

“Especially with regard to the Benghazi affair that was contrived by Republicans and, I think, has fallen apart largely this week,” Carney said.
He continued, “The fact of the matter is that this administration has a record on transparency that outdoes any previous administrations. And we are committed to that. The president is committed to that.”

Beginning last week when several high-level government officials testified on what happened leading up to the attack on an American consulate in Libya in September, two other scandals potentially implicating the Obama administration have developed: One in which the IRS unfairly targeted conservative non-profits for scrutiny, the other involving the Department of Justice secretly seizing the phone records of Associates Press reporters and editors last year.

Regarding the Benghazi attack, Carney dismissed it as “a faux controversy stirred up by Republicans.”

On the IRS issue: “When [President Obama] found out… that there had been inappropriate and wrong conduct by IRS personnel… he spoke out about it, he made clear he thought it was an outrage and he has taken action.” (Acting IRS Director Steven Miller submitted his resignation Wednesday.)

And on the Associated Press scandal, which Obama has only commented on to say that the White House had no knowledge of: “It is entirely inappropriate for a president… to engage in… a criminal investigation.”

At the start of the program, Carney said it’s been “a challenging week, but a week that I’ve enjoyed.”

    It’s Okay Because He’s Black

    by John Galt
    May 20, 2013 17:45 EDT

I am officially now a racist according to the media, politically correct, and terminally stupid. I disagree with the path that our nation is on, the actions taken since 2004 in our country but even more so since 2009, and worse, I have this nasty tendency to tell it like I see it and that of course means I am a biased bigot to those who disagree.

Shortly after assuming office, the current and unfortunate President of the United States engaged in a daring act of state power outside of the limits of the United States Constitution by nationalizing General Motors and Chrysler Motors in June of 2009. The preplanned bankruptcy was declared as necessary by the administration to ensure the survival of these corporations as too many jobs were at stake despite the collapse of much larger threats to the nation’s economy in 2008. Within the restructuring of the automotive manufacturers seized by the Federal Government, the bondholders sued and took the case on the fast track to the United States Supreme Court which rejected their plea despite a valid complaint of violation of their 4th and 5th Amendment rights. The excuse of basically giving the remains of the corporations and the controlling interest to the United Auto Workers and Fiat was that the extraordinary economic circumstances justified this thievery while rewarding the various contributors who helped Obama win the Presidency in 2008. The true free market capitalists complained far and wide about this unconstitutional action but their voices were drowned out by the media with one refrain:

    It’s okay, because he’s black.

The newly empowered regime did not just stop there. Less than two months after the election in March of 2009, the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) drafted a a report about the “modern militia movement.” Amazingly enough, anyone with a Ron Paul or other third party candidate bumper sticker, against abortion, or possessing, not distributing but possessing any part of a list of what is considered subversive literature the Department of Homeland Security MIAC Fusion Center alleged that that individual might be a member of a militia. The report was immediately pulled when outrage was expressed however the DHS has never fully denied adopting those standards as a basis for creating surveillance files on potential future threats even if the Americans in question had never posed a threat or committed any crime. When the mainstream media and elites within both political parties were confronted with the joint outrage of civil libertarians and those who were the subject of the report the reply was simple:

    It’s okay, because he’s black.

The idea of a massive stimulus to bail the economy out of its doldrums was railroaded through the Democrat controlled House and Senate for over $800 billion was a payoff to unions, government employees at the Federal and State level, and select donors who owned companies with the inside for contracts in Democratically controlled districts. The lack of a sustained economic recovery as in the past with over 4% GDP growth was blamed on George W. Bush failing to delineate to the incoming administration just how severe the economic crisis was and Republicans were blocking an effective all encompassing economic program which would help those in the most need for a recovery. Criticism was met with blunt force from the media however as those who opposed the stimulus program and other attempts to institutionalize government graft were labeled “racists” or worse. These false accusations and attempts to destroy the reputations of the opposition even though they quoted actual facts were praised by the media and repudiated with an anger unseen since the extremist left of the 1960′s screamed for revolution. Why was this justified and allowed to occur unchecked?

    It’s okay, because he’s black.

The United States of America declared war on a sovereign nation without any justification nor action taken against our country by Libya yet this President launched a subversive campaign to kill the leader of a foreign nation in direct violation of U.S. law. The CIA and our military’s special forces were used to supply weapons, logistics, and assist NATO bombers (primarily bombers) to attack Libyan positions up to and including targeting Muammar Qaddafi even though the Federal Government denied such actions. After the conflict the United States, under orders from this administration ordered the seizure of the weapon’s cache of the Qaddafi military under the premise of presenting terrorists from obtaining the advanced weaponry from the destroyed Libyan military.
On September 11, 2012 the new Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, was killed during a terrorist assault on a consulate building in Benghazi. The cover up was not about the malfeasance of the administration by denying military assistance to save the Ambassador’s life. In fact it was more about the gun running operations illegally supplying weapons from Libya to the Syrian rebels which includes members from the very terrorist groups DHS and our national security apparatus have been warning the world about for years! The media, despite hearings which included brave whistle-blowers from the State Department ignore the fact that the President was allegedly “asleep” during the assault nor that his regime would provide adequate security despite warnings many months before. The excuse offered?

    It’s okay, because he’s black.

The corruption extends far beyond the American military and domestic security departments however. The Department of Agriculture engaged in a program of blatant restitution to minorities, primarily African-Americans, who may or may not have ever been associated with, lived on, or owned a farm in their lives. The Pigford Settlement was exposed by Breitbart.com to act as a method for once again filtering taxpayer dollars to many undeserving applicants who would know a hoe from a ho. As Andrew Breitbart stood firm and countered every lawsuit and action taken against him, he was called a racist, a bigot, and a yellow journalist by many but he stood his ground. When the Republicans dared to challenge the President’s USDA on this matter, the response as to why Obama could support this settlement and promote those responsible was simple:

    It’s okay, because he’s black.

    Corruption.

    Violations of the Constitution.

Engaging in multiple violations of Federal and State laws.

Allowing blanket secret amnesty for millions of illegals.

Forcing smaller banks out of business to support too big to fail institutions.

Enabling our enemies to expand in the Middle East and North Africa while penalizing our allies.

Further restricting our freedoms and rights with Obamacare, Executive Orders for the NLRB, EPA, USDA, etc., and imposing penalties on Americans without due process or trial.

Using the IRS to collect data, deny due process, and intimidate political appointments to reduce funding to his opposition.

Expanding domestic spying using drones, a domestic civilian military only he controls, and recording every purchase, conversation, or internet action an individual engages in without a warrant or cause.

The excuse that allows all this to happen?

    It’s okay, because he’s black.

America is at the final crossroads yet by reversing the course and allowing race to be used as justification for the imposition of a leftist at best, Marxist at worst, national dictatorship where the rule of law is determined by political appointees and not the United States Constitution is at hand.

We the people have a choice. If the Obama administration gets away with the current scandals plastering the media then our nation shall fall. It was historic that our nation elected its first minority but is that justification for allowing the destruction of the Republic in the process? According to the mainstream media and the elites of our nation, it is and guess why?

    It’s okay, because he’s black.

Even he makes that claim now:

Analysis: Some Republicans see new scandal in Sebelius fundraising

    By David Morgan

    WASHINGTON | Tue May 21, 2013 4:06am EDT

(Reuters) - With the White House already reeling from three major controversies, some Republican lawmakers are zeroing in on what they perceive is another possible scandal tied to President Barack Obama's landmark health reform law just as it nears implementation.

On top of the troubles the administration is facing over its handling of the attack on the Benghazi mission, the Internal Revenue Service's targeting of conservative groups, and the Justice Department's seizure of Associated Press phone records, Republicans hope to target Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

They are questioning her soliciting of funds on behalf of a non-profit group, called Enroll America, from two private entities, a practice which if not unprecedented is at the very least unusual. Federal law bars officials from soliciting any organization or individual with whom they do business or regulate.

Enroll America is run by the president's former campaign backers to do something Congress refused to fund: sell "Obamacare" to the public.

An HHS statement last week said that since March Sebelius solicited financial donations for Enroll America from H&R Block Inc, the tax preparation company, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a philanthropic entity devoted to public health issues. Asked Monday for a list of all solicitations before or after March, an HHS spokesman referred Reuters to the department's original statement.

Neither H&R Block nor the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation are regulated by HHS, the department's spokesman said, so there was nothing improper or illegal about soliciting them.

Enroll America is intended to serve as the private sector flagship for a massive public outreach campaign intended to get millions of uninsured Americans to sign up for subsidized insurance coverage through new online marketplaces, or exchanges, that will begin open enrollment on October 1.

    NO COMMITMENT

H&R Block said it has made no commitment to Enroll America. "We received a phone call from the Secretary during which the Secretary discussed supporting Enroll America," the company said in a statement. "While we took her suggestion under consideration, we have made no commitment," it said.

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation said in a statement that it had "recently approved new funding" for Enroll America, bringing its total contributions to the group to nearly $14 million since 2010. It did not say how much of that, if any, came in response to Sebelius' solicitation.

It's the second controversy over the novel method used by the Obama administration to promote its agenda: using campaign-style organizations staffed with loyalists and former campaign or White House aides to mobilize grassroots support for government policies. The first involved Organizing for Action, an independent non-profit group seeking to harness both the energy and personnel from Obama's re-election campaign in support of the president's legislative agenda.

The Enroll America issue is complicated by the fact that Republicans in Congress have succeeded in blocking proposed government spending that otherwise could have been used to achieve the ends pursued by the independent group.

That has given lawmakers, such as Republican U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander, an opening to allege a violation of the federal "anti-deficiency" act, which bars agencies from accepting "voluntary" services except when authorized by law.

In defense of the help the department is getting from Enroll America, an HHS spokesman said it is permitted by a section of the Public Health Service Act that allows the secretary to encourage support for new and innovative health programs.

Some conservative legal experts say finding a clear-cut violation of the law is a long shot. "I would be skeptical of the claim that it's illegal, unless someone made a really compelling case. However, the appearance is such that it at least raises questions," said Jonathan Adler, a law professor at Case Western University who opposes healthcare reform.

But legal issues may be the least of the concerns for supporters of the healthcare law.

They worry that a political storm over Obamacare, with congressional hearings likely, could discourage private donors to Enroll America and jeopardize the administration's ability to find the funds needed to reach a public that is already largely unaware of the healthcare reforms.

One of the biggest concerns is that younger, healthier people will not sign up for health plans on the exchanges, driving the costs up for coverage of the people who do sign up.

"The danger" to the health program, said former Obama healthcare adviser Nancy-Ann DeParle, "is that people don't come and enroll and get insured. That leaves the health plans in the exchanges trying to cover people without any young, healthy people, and it drives the price up."

    REPUBLICANS PROMISE PROBES

    Republicans certainly see an opportunity.

"Our guys on the Hill think this is the fourth scandal," said Republican strategist Matt Mackowiak. "It fits into that narrative Republicans are building not only about incompetence in the executive branch but also dishonesty."

"This is a good issue for Republicans," Mackowiak added. "We want to maximize it."

The Republican-controlled House Energy and Commerce Committee has launched an investigation into the fundraising to determine whether it involved regulated companies and has asked nearly a dozen healthcare firms including major insurers such as Aetna Inc, a member of Enroll America's advisory council, to say whether they have received solicitations.

Republicans in the House and Senate have also called on the non-partisan Government Accountability Office to investigate.

"People are watching it very closely. We're hearing about it from constituents, people who are incredibly concerned," said Republican Representative Marsha Blackburn.

Enroll America was launched in September 2011 in part by leaders of Families USA, a key backer of the healthcare reform effort as it moved through Congress in 2009 and 2010. It is led by Anne Filipic, who worked on public engagement projects in the Obama White House. It's managing director, Chris Wyant, directed Obama's eastern Ohio field operation during the 2012 election campaign.

It includes on its boards of directors and advisers, executives of Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente, and CVS Caremark as well as officials of major health-related trade associations, such as the American Hospital Association and the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Filipic said she is confident that Enroll America will get the funds it needs for the outreach campaign. "We feel really good that we'll have the resources we need," she said.

    Carney Sweats it Out

by Keith Koffler on May 21, 2013, 10:09 am

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney is sweating it out under the harsh lights of the White House briefing room these days, revising stories and spinning away suspicious facts in what is becoming an almost comical daily exercise in scandal avoidance.
“Are you going to ask me about Myanmar?” Carney joked Monday as yet another White House reporter teed up a question about one of the various scandals swirling about the administration. The leader of Myanmar was to meet with President Obama later in the day.

Carney Monday was escorted by reporters down several nightmarish paths. The most ghastly of them all was the one on which he was forced to acknowledge that more White House officials than previously disclosed knew about the Treasury inspector general’s IRS report, and that the information was far more substantive than the simple “heads up” Carney had said it was.

To be fair, it appears that Carney himself was on the wrong end of a deception, and that his bosses may have withheld information from him indicating that senior aides beyond the White House Counsel were aware of the IG probe before it became public.

If that is so, Carney ought to be threatening to resign, because his credibility is now on the line. His insistence, for example, that the president himself knew nothing of the probe would only appear to be operative until we hear the next version of events.

And he’s still stonewalling – or not being informed – about who else knew, other than Chief of Staff Denis McDonough. “I don’t have a list for you,” he blandly remarked.

Carney has also made the mistake of allowing the questions to become personal. A press secretary should never respond when asked for his own opinion – he speaks for the president, no one else – but Carney, a former leading Washington reporter, clearly has something on his conscience.

“I think that I share the President’s — personally, as a former reporter, but also in this capacity — I share the President’s belief that we need to find a balance,” Carney said when asked about whether the Obama believes that reporters should ever be considered criminals for trying to gather information.

The response was to a question in relation to Monday’s revelation that Fox News reporter James Rosen was judged by the Justice Department as a potential co-conspirator in the case against a State Department official who allegedly leaked him classified materials.

Then things got even more personal. Carney, it turns out, was in the Time Washington bureau chief when a colleague at the magazine, Matt Cooper, was nearly sent to jail after being caught up in a leak investigation.

“What would you have said if the government told you that he had been involved in a crime for reporting on the Valerie Plame case?” Carney was asked, Carney fled to the most coveted refuge of White House press secretaries: “That’s a hypothetical,” he said.

“It’s not a hypothetical,” the reported insisted.

Carney clung tight: “That’s a hypothetical.

    Finally, some relief:

    Reporter: Myanmar, Myanmar.

Carney: Myanmar, in the back, yes. All the way back. Myanmar?

    Reporter: Yes.

    Carney: Thanks

    He’s No Nixon

    8:00 AM, May 21, 2013 • By WILLIAM KRISTOL

The thoughtful Carl Cannon has written a piece, "Richard Milhous Obama," concluding that our current president has more in common with our 37th than President Obama's partisans would like to acknowledge. The estimable Victor Davis Hansen has weighed in, defending against liberal dissents the proposition that "Nixon Is a Fair Comparison" with Obama.

I protest. Will no one stand up for Richard Nixon? Richard Nixon was a combat veteran, a staunch and brave anti-Communist, a man who took on the liberal establishment and at times his own party's as well, a leader who often thought for himself and had the courage of his convictions, a president who assembled a first-rate Cabinet and one who—while flawed both in character and in policy judgment—usually tried to confront the real problems and deal with challenges of his times. Richard Nixon led neither the country nor his own administration from behind.

I worked for Richard Nixon (well, I worked for two months in the Nixon White House in 1970 as a summer intern). I voted for Richard Nixon (in 1972, my first vote, against George McGovern—and one about which I have no regrets). I knew Richard Nixon (very slightly—I met him on a few occasions in groups in the late 1970s and the 1980s, and then a couple of times when I worked for Vice President Quayle). And so I feel obliged to rise to Richard Nixon's defense, and to say, with all due respect, to our current president: Barack Obama, you're no Richard Nixon.

The One Man who can End Barack Obama’s Presidency Tomorrow

    by John Galt
    May 23, 2013 05:00 ET

The run of scandals is dizzying at this point of time:

    AP/Pressgate

    BenghaziGate

    IRSGate

    EPAGate

    Fast and FuriousGate

    PigfordGate

Etc.Gate…(for those that have not quite yet bubbled to the surface)

With all that has been happening there is a problem that the President and his staff awake at night. Ever since the Benghazi disaster and the revelations of numerous scandals this year there is one man who could step forward and present the facts which would cause the end of the Obama reign of Marxist terror. To figure out who that might be, some speculation on what has occurred so far might paint a picture of just how severe the major crisis plus one yet to explode scandal actually are as they exist at this moment.

The IRS Scandal is essentially paralyzed unless the Congress can coerce testimony or find one brave bureaucrat willing to sacrifice their career and leak physical evidence like emails or memos with instructions from White House personnel to direct operatives in the IRS to engage in illegal activities. I’m somewhat skeptical that anyone would risk an Arkanicide for themselves or their family to stand in the way of the Obama train and get run over.

The AP/Pressgate scandal continues to expand but once again it will take even more of the media turning against the administration and worse, once again, an honest FBI or Department of Justice agent coming forward to testify that they were indeed instructed to conduct illegal investigations of journalists solely for the purpose of monitoring their activities. As far as EPA and Pigfordgate that would require forced testimony by participating bureaucrats before a Grand Jury to get anywhere and I do not see the Republicans growing enough backbone to force the administration into appointing a special prosecutor.

Fast and Furious is now slow and whimper as Congressman Darrell Issa’s office has butchered this investigation by refusing to take the Obama administration to court for violations of the Constitution by denying Congress key data as requested from this scandal . If Issa could ever be replaced the logjam created by his ineptitude would be broken and an actual Patriot who believes in exercising the role of oversight would move all of the investigations forward.

This brings the list down to the two big scandals, one which is occasionally front page news and the other deliberately ignored by almost all but the internet alternative media. One man holds the key to both scandals however and that is where the story really begins. The scandal being ignored by the so-called mainstream media is how members of Seal Team 6 were loaded off protocol into an unsecured helicopter without their normal escorts and “mysteriously” shot down by Taliban insurgents. The story since day one has stunk to high heaven and only those members of the U.S. Special Forces contingent including the Seals could provide answers should they ever be allowed to speak. The families spoke out about this scandal on May 9, 2013 with very few individuals paying attention to what the allegations were and what they said (video below).

(Click on the title link at the top to watch the 1 hr 55 min press conference the Seal Team 6 families held)

The powerful testimony of those families should have inspired one politician who actually preaches what they promote about the Constitution to demand answers but two weeks later there is nothing but silence. Including a deathly silence from the one man who could shed some light on this scandal and possibly expose a massive case of malfeasance within the Obama regime.

That scandal and the knowledge of the truth about Benghazi would destroy the Obama Presidency and force his resignation should all of the information ever become public knowledge. Unfortunately the one man who has all of the truth behind the Defense Department and CIA scandals resigned in shame on November 9, 2012. The questions are swirling about General David Petraeus and why he has yet to come forward:

Was he or his family threatened should he ever divulge anything?

Was he paid to stay silent?

Was he originally part of the plan and forced to retire early for refusing to execute future plans on behalf of the Globalist cabal?

Is he a yellow bellied coward who just doesn’t care about his country any longer?

Petraeus is the one man with all of the inside knowledge about many scandals and quite possibly might know if like Nixon, the CIA was ordered to engage in dirty tricks against the Tea Party, Romney campaign, and select Republican candidates running for office in 2012. If he were to step forward and do his patriotic duty by obeying the oath he took on the day he enlisted in the military to uphold and protect the United States Constitution, President Obama would be out of office long before the end of 2014.

Barack Obama's Scandals Confirm That He's Not A CEO

(Image credit: AFP/Getty Images via @daylife)

Every CEO is a politician. Not every politician is a CEO. The current set of messes that President Obama faces makes the point. They are as much management failures as they are political/legal nightmares. There is a price for having no market-facing executive experience. Indeed, Mr. Obama’s first cabinet had almost no private sector management experience.

Most of our better presidents have had business or military leadership experience. This is of tremendous value when running the world’s largest organization. Those who haven’t, like Bill Clinton, himself tested by failure as a politician and familiar with the executive role governor’s play, knew that private sector executives have a different view of what successful management is and kept a few close at hand.

Every CEO deals with crisis — the storms that customers, suppliers, regulators, and investors present. They deal with a faceless market that can’t be manipulated hoping the next news cycle will make the numbers of a bad quarter go away. The political side of being a CEO: get a big decision wrong you lose your job — tomorrow! Manage a crisis well and your “decision wisdom” grows and so does your market value.

Successful executives understand their organizations intimately – they have a sense of the talent level, culture, and the values that drive their companies. They are always trying to improve all three. No chief executive trying to improve performance would just “trust” the firm’s bureaucracy. Private sector presidents know “Bureaucracy eats strategy for lunch.”

President Obama seems to value bureaucracy; he’s made it bigger and paid it better even when taxpayers have lost jobs, income and substantial household wealth. But, as he might be discovering, just as in private sector companies an unmanaged bureaucracy eventually will bite its boss.

Had the president sought counsel from some CEOs who weren’t cozying up as members of his advisory panels, most of whose companies enjoy larger federal subsidies from his administration, his political life might be a lot better.

For starters, none of these crises had to happen! CEOs read history. They know the “why” of the steel industry reinventing itself in micro-mills, the Tylenol crisis story, what went wrong inside Enron. They put themselves into such stories to understand how success and failure happened and to test what they would do. The point: crises will happen — prevent as many as you can. There was trouble afoot in Benghazi; 9-11 coming up prompted caution. A CEO would have said to his NSC chief: “No incidents on the anniversary.”

The activity of lower level IRS agents was known by people one degree away from the president. An executive office staff that saw their boss as vulnerable, as every CEO is, would have made sure that he was aware and prompted an early and public intervention.
Likewise the AP story; instead of going outside, a route any CEO would instinctively know held danger, focus inside. Before tramping on constitutional rights, especially those the press holds sacrosanct, work the White House information chain backwards — who knew leaked facts? Federal employees with secret clearance know that lie detector testing comes with the job.

Mr. Obama’s political talent is nonpareil. His path to being a CEO is one of learning by doing.

First, get back into grace with your bosses – the voters! Hollow rhetoric – “holding accountable” — isn’t working. He should apologize loudly and repeatedly, taking responsibility and actions that matter. The CEO’s script: “I can’t believe federal servants didn’t protect diplomats, spied on the press, and singled out conservative groups using the tax code. It seems the apparatus of Washington forgets who has the ultimate authority – not aides, deputies, and not bureau chiefs. It’s mine; I’m President.”

Then, “I mean to run government in a way that inspires trust.” “I am firing the Attorney General, the head of the NSC, the Chief of the Joint Staff, and my White House counsel. I don’t know what the Attorney General did. It really doesn’t matter. Justice so abused the 1st Amendment I have no choice. NSC and Defense misjudged the potential in Benghazi badly and failed to save American personnel in ongoing danger — I can’t tolerate such bad management. My White House counsel knew of the IRS investigations for weeks without telling me.” He appoints some esteemed former judge of the Tax Court to clean up the IRS.

Then the president preempts the Congress by saying that he wants them to reconsider Obamacare taking away any role for the IRS.

President Obama will have his mojo back instantly. Republicans will be flummoxed. As a CEO he can really shape his legacy. He can focus on getting the economy growing again. After 4 plus years of stimulus, taxes, expensive initiatives, and regulation we still have no real job growth. If he proposes material revisions to Obamacare the economy will jump on the news. Endorsing Keystone makes the economy leap. And, if like JFK he rejects his economists’ advice, cuts taxes and spending, he’d leave office with GDP at 6+ percent! The nation’s affection for Bill Clinton will look like puppy love. What private sector CEOs know and do is an unrecognized national asset that might be of enormous help to the President and the nation just now.

With all of the targeting of Conservatives, like Gibson, could this be related?

Bayonne's Henry Repeating Arms Cited For Safety Violations, Fined $72K: OSHA

    March 26, 2013

A Bayonne business still recovering from damages inflicted by superstorm Sandy has been cited with four repeat and four serious safety and health violations, the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced today.

Among the violations at Henry Repeating Arms, one of the country's leading rifle manufacturers, was workers exposed to lead hazards, OSHA officials said in announcing $72,000 in penalties. OSHA said an inspection was performed in September.

The repeat violations, which carry a $46,800 penalty, include failing to develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for lead exposure; failing to evaluate, conduct tests and provide training for "half mask negative pressure respirators," which protect against lead; and failing to ensure surfaces were maintained as free as practicable from lead accumulation.

OSHA considers these "repeat" violations because it says Henry Repeating Arms, on East 1st Street, was cited for the same or similar violations in 2008.

Among the "serious" violations, with a $25,200 penalty, OSHA says Henry failed to implement a hearing conservation program and training program and provide annual audiograms for workers exposed to noise above 85 and 90 decibels and failed to make medical surveillance available upon a worker’s notification of signs and symptoms of lead intoxication.

OSHA officials said a serious citation is issued when there is "substantial probability that death or serious physical harm could result from a hazard" that the employer knew or should have known about.

“Exposure to lead and noise in the firearms manufacturing industry has been well-known for decades” said Kris Hoffman, director of OSHA’s area office in Parsippany. “OSHA’s standards must be followed to protect workers from exposure that can lead to lead-related illness and occupational hearing loss.”

Henry Repeating Arms president and owner Anthony Imperatore said his company is taking corrective action.

"We are investing in a new state-of-the-art test-fire facility which will cost us approximately $500,000, which will alleviate this issue along with other internal measures," Imperatore said. "We have also retained the services of an OSHA consultant to keep us compliant."

Henry Repeating Arms has three weeks from receipt of the citations to comply, request an informal conference with OSHA’s area director or contest the citations and proposed penalties before an independent panel.

Planned Parenthood now under nationwide investigation by GAO, Congressmen announce

WASHINGTON, D.C., August 5, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The General Accounting Office (GAO) will investigate every dollar of federal funding going to Planned Parenthood, as well as other organizations that support the liberalization of abortion laws, for potential fraud.

The GAO will investigate the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), the Guttmacher Institute, the Sex Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS), the Population Council, and Advocates for Youth.

The “comprehensive” report will list every service performed and every federal dollar allocated, four Congressmen announced on Monday afternoon.

    Rep. Chris Smith, R-NJ

“It’s time for Americans and especially Congress to take a second look and defund Planned Parenthood,” said Congressman Chris Smith, R-NJ. “Hopefully this will help us finally put an end to U.S. taxpayer support, funding and complicity with this violence against children.”

The government watchdog’s decision comes more than five months after 72 Congressmen asked the GAO to investigate Planned Parenthood in a letter dated February 21.

“Despite the best and slickest market branding money can buy, the stubborn fact remains that Planned Parenthood clinics are among the most dangerous places on Earth for a child,” Rep. Smith said. “It is deeply troubling that despite the fact that Planned Parenthood claims direct responsibility for killing over 6 million unborn babies – including a record 333,964 abortions in 2011 alone, they still receive taxpayer money – since Obama’s election and U.S. subsidies to the abortion industry at home and abroad, have significantly increased.”

Senator David Vitter of Louisiana noted Planned Parenthood’s revenues saw “an 11 percent increase over the past two years.”

The organization performed a record number of abortions and received a record amount of taxpayer funding in 2012, $542.4 million.

“Planned Parenthood and other organizations that provide abortions clearly benefit from Uncle Sam, but there’s no accounting to prove how they actually use that money,” Vitter said. “This GAO report would shine a light on how our tax dollars are being spent.”

I hope you guys are following the VA scandal.

    May 22, 2014

VA supervisor: Older veterans should be ‘shot in the head’ to save money

Tea PartyA Veterans Affairs whistleblower has exclusively revealed to ******** that the facility at which he works has engaged in a of cover-up in response to the VA hospital scandal, while also relating the story of how one supervisor expressed his desire to see older veterans “taken outside and shot in the head.”

The whistleblower, who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons, works at a large 250 acre VA hospital in North Carolina. He presented his credentials to us which checked out. The VA employee lifted the lid on a number of shocking details during an interview with Sgt. Joe Biggs.

“Recently there’s been a very rapid race to move records, boxes, change labels, whatever it may be, they’re putting them in rooms that nobody would look in….and there’s multiple times that I have seen in the past week or so them moving boxes….so apparently they’re hiding their tracks somewhere,” stated the VA employee, adding that the activity preceded an inspection of the facility, suggesting it was part of an effort to conceal evidence in the aftermath of the secret waiting list scandal.

SPECIAL: Modern Day Patriots, this is the time to stand shoulder to shoulder with our forefathers in Lexington and Concord. We need the Tea Party now more than ever.

Even more chilling was a warning sent out to VA employees at the facility which, according to the whistleblower, was meant to get across the message, “Do you see what happens to the people that try to get things straight around here, they’re not here anymore,” a tone the whistleblower described as “pretty telling.”

The List of Obama’s Attacks on our Republic

    By Onan Coca / / 96 Comments

I just got a great reminder email from Niger Innis, the Director of the Tea Party.Net. The reminder is of all the evil done to our nation by President Obama and his minions. Here’s the short list from the folks at theTeaParty.Net.

Black Panther voter intimidation. RESULT - DOJ looked the other way, no charges filed, no prosecution.

Failing to label the Fort Hood shootings as a terrorist event. RESULT: Victims are denied Purple Heart benefits and many are hurting for money while the terrorist shooter Nidal Malik Hasan receives over $278,000 from the government in salary.

Running untracked guns into Mexico to gangs and drug cartels in the botched Fast & Furious gun running operation in an attempt to attack the Second Amendment. RESULT: Death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexican citizens.

Denying help to Ambassador Stevens and his team at Benghazi. Choosing to fall asleep while they were under attack. RESULT: FOUR dead Americans

America will either survive this thrashing by Barack Obama or she will wither away and be but a mere memory. Are you willing to look your children and grand-children in the eye and say to them, "I wish I could have done more for your freedom?" Stand with us in this fight for freedom and the future of America.

Benghazi Cover-up. Out of control czar appointments. Lavish vacations. ObamaCare.

Apologizing for American exceptionalism. Bowing before our enemies. Insulting our friends. Advertising food stamps in foreign countries. Suing states for daring to exercise Constitutional state sovereignty.

Bankrupting the country by doubling the debt. Bypassing Congress and ignoring our system of checks and balances. Collection of DNA samples after any arrest regardless of whether you are actually charged with a crime.

Race baiting. Pitting Americans against each other. Funding the Muslim Brotherhood with taxpayer dollars. Failing to call terrorism what it is.Using the IRS as a political weapon to harass and intimidate Tea Party groups and conservatives. Attacking reporters for doing their jobs. Seizing phone records of the press. Seizing phone records of millions of innocent Americans. Rewarding liars, thieves, and crooks with prominent cabinet positions.

Wow, that is quite a list...

Mr. Innis and the good people at TeaParty.Net are working hard to defeat the liberal policies of President Obama and the Democrats. If you’d like to help them fight – you can check out their donation page here.
